It was a joyous day for the Department of Human Pathology to have two staff being awarded at this year’s Staff Performance and Recognition awards ceremony 2021/2022. Ms Beatrice Njoki Githui and Ms Veronica Kimilu were awarded as one of the best performers in the Faculty of Health Sciences in the Non teaching staff category.
The ceremony was held on Monday, 5th December 2022 at the Chandaria Auditorium. It was graced by the Chair of the UON Council, Prof Miriam Were who thanked the awardees and motivated them to raise their expectations.
Dr Waweru, the chairman, congratulated the awardees and challenge the other members of staff to work hard to bring a trophy to the department. Congratulations awardees and let’s strive for more awards next year.
