The training centre is located on the first floor of KNH in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The museum is located on the ground floor opposite the Department of Human Pathology in the Faculty of Health Sciences. It has medical pots with tissues from all systems for demonstration and examination for postgraduate and undergraduate students. In charge is Mr. Robert Barake
The reporting room is located on the ground floor in the Department of Human Pathology. It is well equipped with a four headed microscope for teaching purpose and modern screen for projection.
The Teleconference is located on the ground floor, opposite the Department of Human Pathology. It was donated by West Virginia University in partnership with the Ohio State University and SUNY Upstate Medical University. It's purposed for capacity building training and research in cancer.
The morgue is located next to the UNITID on the ground floor. It is well equipped with dissecting tables for demonstration to undergraduate and postgraduate students, postmortem and mortuary services and research.
The library is located in the Haematology Laboratory on ground floor. It has haematological books, thesis and research articles.
The library is located in the Department of Human Pathology on the ground floor and has records of KNH histology reports since 1969 to date. It also has publications, books and research articles. In charge is Ms. V. Kimilu.
Teaching Lab 1 and 2 are located on the first floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The labs are fitted with modern screens for teaching lectures, practicals, examination and seminars. In charge of the lab is Mr. M. Zachary.
The New Teaching Lab III is located on the second floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The lab with modern screens for teaching lectures, practicals, examination and seminars. In charge of the lab is Ms. B. Omweri
The Histology Laboratory is located on the first floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The lab is equipped for histology test, immunohistochemistry test, cytology test and teaching of practicals and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The Chief technologist is Mr. W. Ochuk.
