Fujifilm sensitizing on Digital Pathology
With the increase using of AI, Digital Pathology is making a marking in the clinical practice. Digital pathology is the field that uses digital technology to manage and analyze information from digitized slides.
On 28th February 2025, the Department Staff, KNH staff and postgraduate students were sensitized on the use of digital pathology with AI assisted diagnosis in their routine. This was done by the Fujifilm team in partnership with Science Scope limited at Prof Kungu Boardroom.
Dr. Okemwa welcomed Mr. Chetan Hindocha, Mr. Ryota Arakawa and Mr. Mithilaj Moideen to sensitive the participants on scanning the slides, using the AI and confirming the interpretation.
