Launch of the Inborn Errors of Immunity Series

The Faculty of Health Sciences was pleased to launch Day One of the Inborn Errors of Immunity Series, an important platform aimed at strengthening awareness, diagnosis, and management of primary immunodeficiency disorders.

It featured Dr. Anne Barasa, a Consultant Pathologist and Lecturer in the Thematic Unit of Immunology, Department of Human Pathology, University of Nairobi.

Dr. Barasa is a passionate advocate for the advancement of diagnostic and clinical immunology in Kenya. She serves as a Board Member and Past President of the African Society for Immunodeficiencies, where she has played a key role in promoting education, research, and improved patient care across the region. Her leadership and expertise continue to shape the landscape of immunology both locally and continentally.
