Dr Okemwa leads partnership talks with Wondfo Biotech Company and the Department

On Wednesday, 13th July 2022, Wondfo Biotech Company limited paid a courtesy call to the Faculty of Health Sciences Dean, Prof. Evelyn Wagaiyu lead by Dr. Okemwa, Unit Head, Anatomic Pathology and Prof Amayo.

Earlier, the Vice President of Wondfo Biotech Company Limited, Mr Mark Xu and his team had been taken round the laboratories in the department by Dr Okemwa.

In the meeting with the Dean, Dr Okemwa highlighted ways both parties would benefit from the partnership in terms of scholarship, research and training. The Unit of Anatomic Pathology together with Wondfo Biotech Company Limited had organised a symposium earlier in the day and hoped to further the partnership.
