The library is located in the Haematology Laboratory on ground floor. It has haematological books, thesis and research articles. 

The library is located in the Department of Human Pathology on the ground floor and has records of KNH histology reports since 1969 to date. It also has publications, books and research articles. In charge is Ms. V. Kimilu.

Teaching Lab 1 and 2 are located on the first floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The labs are fitted with modern screens for teaching lectures, practicals, examination and seminars. In charge of the lab is Mr. M. Zachary.
