On 23 September 2022, the University of Nairobi held its 67th graduation ceremony. The event was a mix of virtual and an onsite ceremony for the PhD students was held at the Taifa Hall.
During the ceremony, a total of 3553 Graduands were conferred with degrees and diplomas and one Honoris Causa. Among them were three Postgraduate from the department namely, Deborah Mogi, Lewis Mutinda and Joyce Dhahabu.
The department congratulates the graduates and wishes them all the best in the endeavours.
Prof Githanga was one of a panel of speakers on the Leo club of Masaku pioneer childhood cancer webinar. Theme was better survival through our hands.
The webinar was scheduled through Zoom with other speakers who include Dr Nyangasi and Dr Kaburu on 15th February 2022 at 7pm.
