The New Teaching Lab III is located on the second floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The lab with modern screens for teaching lectures, practicals, examination and seminars. In charge of the lab is Ms. B. Omweri 

The Histology Laboratory is located on the first floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The lab is equipped for histology test, immunohistochemistry test, cytology test and teaching of practicals and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The Chief technologist is Mr. W. Ochuk.

The Immunology Laboratory is located on the ground floor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kenyatta National Hospital. The lab is equipped for teaching practicals and tutorials to postgraduate and undergraduate students. The Chief technologist is Mrs. M. Kamuyu
