The Department of Ophthalmology, University of Nairobi, in collaboration with the Department of Human Pathology and the Kenya AIDS Vaccine Initiative (KAVI)-Institute of Clinical Research, successfully hosted the Third Retinoblastoma (RB) Genetics Workshop on 23–24 July 2026. The workshop was held as part of the Velux Stiftung Retinoblastoma Genetics Project under the theme "Genetic Counseling and Interpretation of Genetic Results."

The University of Nairobi’s Department of Ophthalmology, in partnership with the Department of Human Pathology, organised the Annual Workshop for the Retinoblastoma Genetics Project held on 24th and 25th July 2025 at the KAVI-ICR Boardroom.
