The Faculty of Health Science (FHS) invited staff and students to the Inaugural Cultural Week and Prom Event which was scheduled from 12th to 17th February 2024. The aim of the event was to celebrate and appreciate the diverse cultures within our community through creative expressions of art as well as cultural awareness.
On 9th February 2024, the Ministry of Education hosted a meeting with the visiting President of Thomas More University, Belgium, Professor Stijn Coenen together with University of Nairobi (UoN), Government of Kenya officials and other Kenyan Universities. Great ideas emerged on forstering collaborations in Kenya in terms of education. UoN was represented by Dr. Ezekiel Mecha, Director Communication Mr. Orindi and Dr Francis Wanyama.
Prof Lorenzo Leoncini from Department of Medical Biotechnology, University of Siena will be giving a lecture on Wednesday, 14th February 2024 at 9am on Lymphoma, A comparison between the two classified proposals.
