The County Government of Vihiga together with the Rainbow 4 Africa UK had a colourful MoU signing ceremony at the County headquarters in Western Kenya on 28th April 2024. Present were the Governor for Vihiga, H.E Dr. Wilber Otichilo, his Deputy and other Government officials.
From R4A were Dr. Massimo Gozzelino, President of R4A UK and the Chairman R4A-KENYA, Dr. Frank Wanyama.
